CPDLC and ADS-C Performance

The graphs below display the downlink message performance (aircraft sending time compared with ATSP receipt time) of participating ATS Providers (ATSP) from the South Pacific region compared against a target performance line.

The graphs indicate the levels of performance being achieved by the FANS-1/A data link system in the South Pacific. The figures include transmission over VHF and Satellite media and include both CPDLC and ADS-C messages.

Downlink Target - 95% Within 60 seconds

Uplink Target - 95% Within 120 seconds Return Trip (send to receipt of MAS)

Uplink Success Target - 99% Delivered

Total Uplink Messages Delivered - Individual ATSUs
Target = 99% of uplink messages delivered

30/30 Separation Standard Criteria - Minimum Performance

SASP 30/30 ADS-C Target = 93.5% of downlink messages delivered < 180 seconds
