The format is very similar to the previous years in that head shots of the players appear next to the stamps which are presented on a sheet of club colour with player names and the club mascot down either side.

The stamps come on a special sheet with every sheet numbered. Another old grandstand forms the backdrop with the stamps showing Australia on the globe underneath the southern cross.

They show colour action photos of leading AFL players with a player profile in a curved panel on the right side. Player caricature posters also form part of this set.

Each day a pack was issued containing the poster and an eleven sticker sheet. The poster showed a team photo and positions to stick the stickers along with photos of other players. The first day of issue was a sheet of sixteen Hero stickers, one for each club.

They were issued at the NAFC Legends exhibition. The cards also have the player name superimposed down the left side of the card and a description of the photo on the front.

The premiership predictor competition was run again. This series also consisted of a number of additions to the original Select Hall of fame series issued in 1996.

They show full colour action shots with the players name in white hollow text down one edge. A Peter Matera card was printed as part of this set but never issued as he retired prior to the cards being issued. All of his cards had the bottom three millimeters cut off them.

The set contained three players from each team plus the team photo, each showing a club logo in a corner of the card. Statistics appeared on the inside of the card.

The competition was run as per the previous year with prizes of standard, silver, gold and blue series of cards. The collectors’ edition packets contained standard, silver and gold cards. The main difference from previous years is the player photo stretching across the entire width of the card.
tctad001	AFL Superstars 2003	The Advertiser/Sunday Mail	2003	2	128 cards plus 15 checklists		This series of cards was produced by the Select company but issued as an Advertiser/Sunday Mail promotion. 112 player cards were issued along with 16 team cards and 15 checklist cards differentiated by the Pack number on the front. A smallish album was also issued to house the cards.

The card number appears on the front and the set number appears on the back. A header card showing a replica of the Herald Weg poster for that grand final was also included.
tcwga009	WEG Hawthorn Captains	Weg Art	2003	3	17		This set features caricatures of Hawthorn captains drawn by WEG. It is a re-issue of the original Hawks Pie Night set issued in 1998 with the addition of a header card and a Shane Crawford card. The re-printed captain cards also differ from the originals in that they are numbered xx of 16 and the back shows information about the Weg Art web site.
