This 24 card series explores the social history and contribution
that waves of immigration have made to the city of Darebin past and present
and was instituted by the Darebin Ethnic Communities Council. Two of these
cards are football related with one showing Doug Nicholls of Northcote and
Fitzroy, and another showing a depiction of Marn Grook, said to be a
contributing factor to the style of Australian Football. |

The format differs only slightly from the previous year with the main difference being the straight orientation of the team name rather than angled. |
