The daily readings from Holy Scripture for the period between February 2009 and January 2010 are included in the attached Lectionary.

The Lectionary has been compiled by St Andrew's Greek Orthodox Theological College of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia.

The icon to the left is of St Athanasios the Great, Archbishop of Alexandria, who was a major theological writer in the fourth century. He was born in the 298 AD and died on May 2, 373 AD.

The Church commemorates St Athanasios on January 18.
