 | Clients
All the information related to a client is stored in the client register,
from this one screen full contact and address details are shown.
All properties owned by this client are also shown, along with any work
currently in progress and work already completed.

 | Properties
As properties are entered to the system their owner (from the client
register) is linked.
Each contact at the property is added with their contact details and given
a service number. The service number is used by call centre to quickly and easily
identify a contact, their property/location and the owner of the property when
logging a service call.

 | Contractors
A full database of contractors can be built, each property can have one or
more preferred contractors for each type of work to be carried out.
When a service call is logged and the contact identified (and thus the
property), the type of work can be selected from a list, the preferred contractor for this
type of work is automatically suggested.

Calls are logged on a single screen, quick searches and drop lists are
used to aid in quick creation of the service order.

 | History
A complete history of all calls, work done and service costs is kept by
Call Centre, these can be accessed by Client, Property, Contact or Contractor and shown in
summary or detail.
Call Centre is an open system and the database can be easily accessed by
industry standard report generators.
