Payment Terms
Payment in full is required before the item is despatched.
Bears
Most bears are available immediately, but if one should be unavailable at the time of the order, then a short wait will be needed for its creation (especially if you would like a bear made to your own specifications - e.g. a different colour, type of mohair, etc). This will take approximately 2-3 weeks. In the case of bears made to order, a deposit of 25% (non refundable in the event of cancellation) will be required at the time of the order and the remainder will be payable upon completion of the bear. We will notify you when the bear is finished.
Kits
There will generally be a wait of up to a week for kits (to allow for assembly of the materials, and hand dyeing of any mohair (if required)).
Delivery of the goods ordered will be made as soon as full payment is received (and cheques are cleared, if applicable).
Australia Post will be used to deliver items. For customers in Australia, the parcels will be sent registered, and will be fully insured. For overseas deliveries, either Air Mail or Economy Air will be used, and these parcels will also be fully insured.
We can provide shipping and insurance costs for specific items when you place your order.
Quality of workmanship is a priority, and as such we guarantee all our work. If, however, you are not pleased with the received item, then a full refund (less postage and insurance costs) is offered, if the bear is returned promptly (within 10 days) in original condition.
