Carrot and Celery Juice.
Makes enough for 1 glass

2 medium carrots, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
1 teaspoon psyllium husks (optional)

Put vegetables through juicer or blend in a food processor or blender until liquid.  Drink the juice only or mix in a little of the pulp for added fibre.  If you do not possess a juicer blend in the food processor until liquid.  Drink slowly to allow the digestive system to digest the vegetables.

Note:  Drink extra water after eating psyllium husks as they absorb a lot of water.
