Optusnet Internet issues.
On Thursday morning, February 15, Optusnet deleted all the email accounts associated with our Cable internet service as well as our website.
If you've emailed us during this downtime, it would be greatly appreciated if you could resend your email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
The email accounts were recreated in the early hours of this morning after 3 late night phonecalls to Optus, without any apology for the issue or any further information on how this occurred without our consent.
Rather than upload our website to Optus' server and risk this happening again, we've moved it to a new home.
We do apologise for the downtime and any inconvenience this may have caused.
