Corner of Station Street and Scoresby Rd in Bayswater

Includes ample parking and is situated 200m from Bayswater Station

Available area

Includes 25m x 10m main hall are with timber floor and a large grassed & shaded area at the entrance.

The main hall sits 100 people comfortably.

 

Facilities

Separate Male and Female toilets including Disabled access ramp and toilet.

Kitchen

Includes two stoves, fridge, pie warmer, microwave, urn and hot running water.

Catering equipment

We have limited crockery and cutlery and a selection of miscellaneous catering items (Salt/Pepper Shakers, Sugar dispensers etc)

Tables and Seating

There is over 100 seats and tables to sit 90-100 people.
