Water Cycle
WebQuest
Introduction
Our class is going on a trip through the water
cycle. We are all going to become drops of
water. We will discover the answers to the following
questions. Why does water change into many forms? What
is the
water cycle and how does it affect our lives? Not only will you
learn the answers to these questions but you will also become the
teacher and
teach your classmates what you have learned. You will research, plan,
and
publish. So lets get started!
The Task
We will travel through
the Water Cycle and
investigate each area. Then we will work with a partner to Answer the
questions below to show
what we have learned about the Water Cycle. You should show the
importance of Evaporation, Precipitation, and Condensation. Use the
links below to assist
you as you learn about the Water Cycle.

words.
- What factor is most important in
determining whether water is a solid, liquid, or gas?

Evaluation
Students will be
evaluated on their
participation in the project, the information and diagram they present,
and their overall
performance. All three phases of
water should be included..
Briefly explain how evaporation and condensation play a part in these
phases.
