C&K Entertainment is a family owned and operated company with over 39 years experience. Our DJs Chris, Kerry and Craig are full-time professionals with extensive experience in a variety of events including weddings, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, school & university dance parties, corporate and charity events. Our DJs are also experienced MCs (additional fee) and will guide you through your special day.  

 

C & K Entertainment sound systems deliver an extremely rich and powerful sound quality.  We use only quality JBL and EV speaker components driven by 3-way, actively crossed, compressor / limited, tri-amped systems that deliver a full, distortion-free stereo sound with superb  sub-lows. A Sennheiser UHF cordless microphone is provided for the use of your MC and for your speeches. Multiple sound activated lighting effects are used to enhance the atmosphere and create the required mood on the dance floor. These effects include computer controlled 'Martin' intelligent lighting effects, Genie & Clay Paky effects and Club Lasers.   A 20" Mirror Ball and spot lights are available if the venue is suitable. Otherwise, 'shimmers' can provide a similar effect (ideal for a romantic bridal waltz). Lighting effects are tailored to suit each individual venue. Lighting effects and UHF cordless microphone are supplied at no extra cost. We carry over 6,000 popular song titles to each event. Our music catalogue is updated weekly and covers approximately 95% of popular chart music from the fifties to current charts. In addition, our archives contain over 20,000 less popular song titles. You may have as much input into your music selection as you wish and, should you require any song titles that we do not stock, we would be happy to play your CDs for you.
