You will need to be in full time employment and your pay must be direct deposit. If your pay is not direct deposit, you will need to provide evidence that your pay hits your Bank account regularly.

If you are a first time Cash Now customer, we will need:
2 types of ID (1 must be Driver's License), 1 most recent payslip, 3 months bank statement, and current utility bill under your name.
If you are an existing customer and your circumstances hasn't changed, you will only need to bring most recent payslip latest bank statement. |
| How much can I borrow? |

First time borrower can borrow up to 30% of your take home pay (after tax)
Once you have paid off your first loan, you will be able to borrow more providing your circumstances hasn't changed. |
| How do I get the money and how soon? |

With Bank Transfer, it may take few minutes up to overnight for the money to arrive.
With Western Union transfer, the money arrives within minutes to any Western Union Agents.

| What if I cannot pay on due date? |

If you think don't have sufficient funds in your bank account, you should contact us immediately to halt the automatic direct debit. You will need to inform us at least 3 days before the payment is due and you will need to work out a payment schedule with us.
If you do not, the direct debit will be rejected resulting in a dishonour fee from your bank.
Please note that fees will continue to be charged at the rate as per your loan agreement until all monies are fully repaid. |
