CX'S FIRST CLASS

As a first class passenger travelling on CX, your service starts from the moment of check-in. As a First Class passenger, you are entitled to check-in 40kg of luggage. On flights to, from or via the USA, Canada and certain countries in South America, you may check in 2 bags with dimensions measuring up to 158cm (62 inches) in total and 32kg (70lbs) in weight for each. When arriving at HKIA all first class passengers are accustomed to CX's highly advanced concierge-styles consoles for check-in. Afterwards, you are invited to "The Wing" the award winning lounge at HKIA or "The Pier" depending on location of gate. At airports worldwide, first class passengers are also invited to lounges prior to boarding.

When boarding for your flight through the private entrance at HKIA thanks to the dual aerobridge system, you'll be greeted by the flight purser and directed to your seat with drinks welcoming you.

First class Cabin Crew to Passenger ratio is 1 Cabin Crew to 6 Passengers.
