champagne has
bright, golden-tinged
colour with a

complement all seafood and white meat dishes.

Montrachet
1999
This rich Burgundy white wine is produced
from 100%
Chardonnay. Pale golden yellow
in colour, it
displays intense characters of
peach and
flowers with a touch of
wood which
adds depth and dimension. The
aftertaste is
long and penetrating.
Freycinet
Vineyard Chardonnay 2000
Tasmania produces a very small quantity
of wine and
it is not easily found on the
market. This
delicious wine is 100% hand
picked from
the Tasmanian vineyards. It
offers a very
good intensity of melon and
grapefruit
flavours with soft nutty oak and
a creamy
smooth texture, and a persistent
finish. This
wine matches well with light to
medium
flavoured white meat dishes.
Red Wines
Château
Lynch Bages 1997
This elegant Bordeaux wine has a deep
ruby red
colour. It is powerful with fairly
concentrated
flavours of black cherry and
blackcurrant.
The distinctive cigar-box
and ripe
black fruit flavours give character
to this
stylish charming wine. This is a
truly
exceptional wine for connoisseur
with a
discerning palate.
Château
Lynch Bages 1994
Château Lynch Bages has been
given high
accolades among wine connoisseurs.
The colour of
the 1994 vintage is of
intense ruby
red, The wine offers a nice
bouquet of
the berries with a hint of new
oak. It is
rich on the palate with excellent
tannin and a
long aftertaste.
Gevrey
Chambertin La Justice 1995
The grapes for Gevrey Chambertin La
Justice were
grown in the Côte de Nuits
area,
Burgundy. It has rich and delicate
aromas of
blackcurrant, liquorice and
spices. In
the mouth, it is full, fleshy,
pleasantly
woody and has a long after
taste. This
rich and generous red wine
goes well
with red meat, feathered game
or ripe
cheeses.
Tignanello
1999
Tignanello, the original Super-Tuscan, is
produced from
80% Sangiovese, 15%
Cabernet
Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet
Franc. Its
vinification practices set the
example for a
new breed of exceptional
top-of-the-line Italian wine. The 1999
Tignanello is
complex and elegant. It is
full bodied,
layered with rich black fruits
with a long
ripe finish. This superb wine is
best enjoyed
with veal casserole, game
dishes or any
roasted meat.

Year Old
Tawny Port
Produced from grapes grown in the
vineyard
Quinta da Ervamoira, this tawny
offers all
the maturity of an aged wine
while still
displaying the vigour of youth.
It is smooth
and full bodied, with aromas
and flavours
of apricot and plum balanced
with vanilla
scents from the aged casks.
