CX'S NEW REGIONAL BUSINESS CLASS SEAT

The new Regional Business Class seat has its design inspired by the long-haul New Business Class product introduced in 2001. The seat fabric is also brighter and more cheerful for its mainly daytime usage. The new seat features in a smooth curved design with an adjustable head-rest and an electronic recline control offering an increased recline angle of 14 degrees bringing the recline angle to 40 degrees. The leg-rest angle has also been steepened by 12 degrees bringing it to 50 degrees. Size of the Personal TV has also been increased to 9 inches.

Other features of this new seat include a newly designed meal table which can be converted to a book-rest allowing passengers to read with comfort and convenient at their seat. Increased stowage space as well as a clothes hook has been added to the seat.

These new seats will be fitted into the 2 newly delivered Airbus A330-300s (B-HLU and B-HLV) and the 3 Boeing B777-300s (B-HNM/N/O) which are progressively arriving into Hong Kong from November.
