Boots

I purchased a pair of riding boots from Horseland.  They have a few cheap pairs but make sure you can get them to a high polish.  Best bet is to go for the leather ones.  The ones pictured below cost about $59.00.  They are made of rubber but you can purchase some polish that makes them shine.  If you are on a really tight budget, gum boots will suffice.

A word of caution, if the pants you are wearing with your Vader outfit are thick, wear the pants while trying on the boot.

If you do get these you could get away without having to go the extra effort to make the shin guards.
