Eye Candy 3.1 (At this time I am not sure where this can be downloaded)

Let's Get Started

1. File, New and create a transparent image 200 px width x 200 px height, 16.7 million colours.

2. In the color pallet, choose a foreground and background colour (a bright colour and white work well together). I used #A4204A and #F99DC4. Floodfill with a foreground/background gradient. Style #1, Angle 45, Repeats 3.

3. Effects, Simple and apply 4 Way Average.

4. Effects, Eye Candy 3.1 (note it doesn't work with Eye Candy 4), and apply fur, with the following settings.

5. Effects, Simple, Quick Tile.

6. Here are some other examples using different colours.
