Hit the switch from red to purple. Go downstairs (stairs shown in the picture)

After you defeat them, (quite easily!) You will go back to Dankirk.
Sail, walk, or warp south to Auralio. Talk to the man at the throne in the kingdom twice. He gives you the VIP Card for the Casino. He also opens up the watergate so you can pass.
Now, if you want to win serious dollars. Go to forfeit island, and go through the locked door with the VIP Card. (Talk to him twice.) Now go through the water gate, and go to the castle.
