We were a team of Softballers who styed here for the World Masters in Oct 2009. This was a great place to stay .. nice, tidy and clean.. close to everything.. wonderful hosts who did what they could to accomodate all of us (9 in total)

We found the unit very comfortable and convenient to transport and shopping. (Artarmon and Chatswood both very close). The unit was clean and very well set up with excellent facilities and although near the highway, it was a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The manager was also very helpful and friendly. The only thing which could possibly improve the unit would be a couple of hooks on the back of the en suite door.

Fantastic place for a family, Plenty of room and very clean. Public transport very close. Maxi Taxi cost $85 from airport to Artarmon and $65 from Artarmon to airport. Not too bad for 6 people.

Excellent location for exploring Sydney. Close to motorway and a brisk 5 minute walk downhill to the railway station, with a frequent service and short journey into central Sydney. Comfortable family home, well equipped with good facilities although limited outside space. Secure parking in double garage albeit snug for a full size station wagon! Overall, recommended for a family looking for base to explore Sydney.

Milner Gardens is a lovely accomodation for my family to stay in for a holiday. The environment is so quiet to sleep in at night. It makes me feel just liked comfortable at home. Good amenties equipped espicially the kitchen and I loved to cook in there. Only few minutes walk can access to the nearby shops and train station. Even though I did not rent a car for this trip,the transport was so convenience for us. I just only spent ten minutes time to go to the city or five minutes time to go to Chatwood for big shopping and eating by taking a train. My family really enjoyed this trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this townhouse to my friends for taking a holiday. My family will definitely come back again for a holiday and we would like to have more help from Stayz. We couldn't have found a better place to stay for 7 adults and a two year old child! With enough space for everyone, 2,5 bathroom and close to the train the property was exactly what we needed! If we didn't have such a long trip going to Sydney (from Sweden) we would love to come again really soon! Thank you for everything Eugene and Julia! Regards from the swedes!

Loved the accomodation. Good amenties especially the air con. It was everthing that we expected. Close to the train station. Short walk to the Free Way Hotel, good meals eat in or take away. The property owners were freindly helpfull they assisted in the return of my lost luggage by the air line and also returned a makeup bag that was left behind. We would deffinitley recommend and will use again.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. It was an easy 5-10 minutes walk from the shops and train station, which was close enough for us to the city, but far enough out for a peaceful night's sleep. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. It would suit people who wanted to cook and eat a lot of meals at home, as the kitchen was fully equipped. With 3 bathrooms, there was never any waiting, and having laundry facilities was extra convenient. I and the people I stayed there with would definitely stay there again.

Well located, quiet, clean accommodation. Well suited for 3 couples, we found we had plenty of room. Well stocked cupboards etc. For the price it was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Try the Korean Restaurant and Pizzeria in Artarmon - both were fantastic.

Great House with safe private parking,car not required as train station is only 6 mins walk away and trains run every few minutes into Sydney and cheaper than car parking.The only noise from adjacent properties was the occasional playing of a piano.House is very well equipped with plenty of spare bedding etc and we would certainly stay here again and would recomend it to any body looking for a 3 bedroomed house near to Sydney.

Everything has to be perfect for the perfect holiday, and accommmodation is very important. We had two adults, two of our own kids plus three others for a sports camp, and this place exactly fitted the requirments we needed for an oversize group. Great facility, three toilets and comfortable living in a nice area of Sydney. What else can you ask for?

Superb place to stay. We really enjoyed being able to be here. With young children, hotels were not really a viable option. Having also used an apartment with young children, I would have to stay that this was the better choice and we would do it again. Eugene and Julia are also wonderful landlords.

We stayed with two young children and found the house really well appointed, very comfortable, clean and conveniently located to the train station and shops.

It is in a lovely area, very quiet, safe and close to the centre of Sydney.

We would certainly stay at Milner Gardens again and are happy to recommend this to others (families in particular - lots of room and facilites to keep them happy.)

A neat well presented property that is in a superb location. A quiet street with a 10 minute walk through a beautiful park to the Artarmon train station. Then it's a 15 minute train ride in to the heart of the city.

Under cover lock up car parking is provided.

Highly recommended.

I was really happy when I was there because the environment also the quality of the house was fantastic. not only me my family who came from over seas were really really happy. I was in Sydney for 4 nights and for the first night i could not get the first night at this place. we all were really upset because the place we were in the first night was a terrible comparing with this place.
