2011 Jan-12	Steve Whilst located slightly out of the centre of Sydney this should not put off potential guests. The train station which is only a 5/6 minutes walk away has a very regular service into Sydney and only takes 16 mins, and to a large shopping mall at Chatswood the other way. The house location is in a very pleasant/quiet area served by enough shops to cover most requirements. Overall the property certainly suits a larger family unit with children.

2010 Apr-29	Gordon Very clean and convienient. Secure parking an great feature. The three bedroom arrangement is great for family groups (grandparents, parents and kids) and not very common.
2010 Mar-29	Aine Lovely town house, in a nice quiet area, car would be best if looking to go to the blue mountains, train only a few mins walk really handy for getting in and out of the city, The town house itself was really clean and perfect for our 7 day stay in sydney, I would recommend this town house for all ages.
2010 Mar-8	Anonymous 7 of us stayed here (including 3 children) and found the house to be exactly what we were looking for and in a quiet location, with only a short walk to the train station we were crossing the harbour bridge within 15 minutes!
2010 Mar-3	Diana We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milne Gardens townhouse and I would recommend it to families and/or larger groups. The accommodation is more than adequate and the location is central to most destinations. Thanks for the memories......:)

2009 Nov-3	Kelli We were a team of Softballers who styed here for the World Masters in Oct 2009. This was a great place to stay .. nice, tidy and clean.. close to everything.. wonderful hosts who did what they could to accomodate all of us (9 in total) Thanks heaps
2009 Aug-28	Anonymous We found the unit very comfortable and convenient to transport and shopping. (Artarmon and Chatswood both very close). The unit was clean and very well set up with excellent facilities and although near the highway, it was a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The manager was also very helpful and friendly. The only thing which could possibly improve the unit would be a couple of hooks on the back of the en suite door.
2009 May-31	Lynda Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Was quiet and within reasonable walking distance to train station. We had a houseful and it was a great size. Great option for large families.
2009 Mar-31	Anonymous Fantastic place for a family, Plenty of room and very clean. Public transport very close. Maxi Taxi cost $85 from airport to Artarmon and $65 from Artarmon to airport. Not too bad for 6 people. I would recommend this townhouse to large families
2009 Mar-30	Giovanni House was what we were looking for, great facilities, all the necessary for a good holiday. the best part is the location. really easy access to highway, shops and even train. very nice for a family holiday
2009 Feb-10	Glenda Perfect house for us to rent, close to trains, easy to go anywhere, best of all air conditioning, clean and tidy, We would definately recommend Milner Gardens, Its a worry trying to find a place to rent sight unseen, we were very lucky here, thanks for making our holiday a comfy one.
2009 Jan-20	Rebecca Really good, comfortable basic accommodation. Great for a family, with well equipped kitchen/laundry etc. Very handy for freeway into city and easy walk to train station. We could have easily stayed for another week!

2008 Sep-15	Nigel Excellent location for exploring Sydney. Close to motorway and a brisk 5 minute walk downhill to the railway station, with a frequent service and short journey into central Sydney. Comfortable family home, well equipped with good facilities although limited outside space. Secure parking in double garage albeit snug for a full size station wagon! Overall, recommended for a family looking for base to explore Sydney.
2008 Sep-10	Wai Ceong Milner Gardens is a lovely accomodation for my family to stay in for a holiday. The environment is so quiet to sleep in at night. It makes me feel just liked comfortable at home. Good amenties equipped espicially the kitchen and I loved to cook in there. Only few minutes walk can access to the nearby shops and train station. Even though I did not rent a car for this trip,the transport was so convenience for us. I just only spent ten minutes time to go to the city or five minutes time to go to Chatwood for big shopping and eating by taking a train. My family really enjoyed this trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this townhouse to my friends for taking a holiday. My family will definitely come back again for a holiday and we would like to have more help from Stayz. 2008 May-9	Kristin We couldn't have found a better place to stay for 7 adults and a two year old child! With enough space for everyone, 2,5 bathroom and close to the train the property was exactly what we needed! If we didn't have such a long trip going to Sydney (from Sweden) we would love to come again really soon! Thank you for everything Eugene and Julia! Regards from the swedes!
2008 May-5	Lyle Loved the accomodation. Good amenties especially the air con. It was everthing that we expected. Close to the train station. Short walk to the Free Way Hotel, good meals eat in or take away. The property owners were freindly helpfull they assisted in the return of my lost luggage by the air line and also returned a makeup bag that was left behind. We would deffinitley recommend and will use again.
2008 Feb-22	Anonymous Milner Gardens is an excellent place to stay if you have a family. It's very comfortable and it's location is great - very easy to access the city centre either by train or motorway. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Eugine and Julia.
2008 Feb-20	Anonymous The accommodation was clean and tidy. It was an easy 5-10 minutes walk from the shops and train station, which was close enough for us to the city, but far enough out for a peaceful night's sleep. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. It would suit people who wanted to cook and eat a lot of meals at home, as the kitchen was fully equipped. With 3 bathrooms, there was never any waiting, and having laundry facilities was extra convenient. I and the people I stayed there with would definitely stay there again.
2008 Feb-14	Raewynne Well located, quiet, clean accommodation. Well suited for 3 couples, we found we had plenty of room. Well stocked cupboards etc. For the price it was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Try the Korean Restaurant and Pizzeria in Artarmon - both were fantastic.

2007 Aug-19	Valerie I would not hesitate in recommending this unit. It is spacious and contains appliances in excellent condition. It is also convenient to shops and train station.
2007 Aug-7	STUART Great House with safe private parking,car not required as train station is only 6 mins walk away and trains run every few minutes into Sydney and cheaper than car parking.The only noise from adjacent properties was the occasional playing of a piano.House is very well equipped with plenty of spare bedding etc and we would certainly stay here again and would recomend it to any body looking for a 3 bedroomed house near to Sydney.

2007 Jun-16	Bonnie Lovely, comfortable unit, very child friendly. Close to train station and shops so that car remained in lock up garage (wonderful when not used to city traffic!). We will definetly stay again.
2007 May-28	Pat and Clara Central to our needs, was big enough to take all 8 of us, had three toilets which was great and a really nice and safe area to live in. The shopping area was fantastic as well. Thanks again, and for adding something memorable to our trip.
2007 May-27	Pat Everything has to be perfect for the perfect holiday, and accommmodation is very important. We had two adults, two of our own kids plus three others for a sports camp, and this place exactly fitted the requirments we needed for an oversize group. Great facility, three toilets and comfortable living in a nice area of Sydney. What else can you ask for?
2007 Apr-23	Robyn Superb place to stay. We really enjoyed being able to be here. With young children, hotels were not really a viable option. Having also used an apartment with young children, I would have to stay that this was the better choice and we would do it again. Eugene and Julia are also wonderful landlords.

It is in a lovely area, very quiet, safe and close to the centre of Sydney. We would certainly stay at Milner Gardens again and are happy to recommend this to others (families in particular - lots of room and facilites to keep them happy.)

It was a pleasure to deal with the managers of the property - they were prompt with responses, informative and courteous at all times. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

2007 Jan-28	Anonymous A neat well presented property that is in a superb location. A quiet street with a 10 minute walk through a beautiful park to the Artarmon train station. Then it's a 15 minute train ride in to the heart of the city. Under cover lock up car parking is provided. Highly recommended.
2007 Jan-27	Chathurika I was really happy when I was there because the environment also the quality of the house was fantastic. not only me my family who came from over seas were really really happy. I was in Sydney for 4 nights and for the first night i could not get the first night at this place. we all were really upset because the place we were in the first night was a terrible comparing with this place.
