Term 4 2009 Training Times:

All classes are open to beginners.

Taekwondo is a traditional Korean Martial Art, and is an effective self defence systems of strikes, blocks and grappling attacks and counter moves.  Taekwondo emphasises unarmed sparring and has evolved into an exciting Olympic sport.  However Eltham Taekwondo caters strongly for students not interested in competition, with a big emphasis on traditional training and both armed and unarmed self defence techniques.
