1965 Mustang
Fastback The fastback started life with a Dynasty Green exterior and a fully white interior. So began the 3 year tear down and rebuild. Everything replaced, re-polished and re-chromed. A new black Deluxe (pony) interior was chosen. The car was hand sanded back to bare metal. It took 3 months to choose the colour of Sunset Red 2pac metallic but god it looks good. The "A" code, 289 Windsor engine is dressed by Edelbrock with fluro hot pink leads and lot of chrome under the bonnet. The 2.5 inch twin exhaust was finished of with chrome GT Trumpets. After a year of car shows and many trophies.... the realization struck that it takes a huge amount of effort to keep a "show pony" in top condition (all that chrome to clean...).

1966 Mustang Coupe
I learnt a valuable lesson from the Fastback, this mustang was going to be a nice clean and very comfortable drive car. The car was basically restored by a previous owner. However it needed some finishing touches and a full resto in the engine bay. Click on the menu bar for more car pic's.

1969 Ford XW GT
Replica What can I say about the XW... what a beast. Started life as a polar white XW Falcon. Reborn a mean Yellow Ochre GT Replica (I know Yellow Ochre is an XY colour but I like it and I didn't want an XY car). It was rebuilt with 9 inch diff, V8 chassis supports, heavy duty suspension, 3 inch dump pipes (with road extensions), rebuilt worked 351 Cleveland, 750 Holley (double pumper), with genuine GT parts. It is a true thumper .... a true Aussie icon. The Super Roo.
