      Please Note: The above rates are indicative only, real rates are dependent upon needs and circumstances. Quotes are offered free of charge at the sight of the documents to be translated with no obligations whatsoever.

Transit of Documents

    Emailed, snail-mailed or sent via courier services. The latter two ways are at the expense of the client, be it from the client to the service provider or from the service provider back to the client. Printing cost may also be charged for non-electronic transit depending on the layout.

Official Stamp

    For paperback outputs, an official NAATI translation stamp may be applied at an additional cost of AU$5.00 each in order for the translation to have legal effect.

Chinese Character Form

    By default output Chinese characters are in the simplified form. However, if the client requires that the translation be in tranditional Chinese characters, please arouse notice at the time of placing order. The service provider is NOT responsible for unexpected character form resulting from the failure or delay of such notice.

Payment Methods

    The following methods of payment are accepted:
    A. Bank cheques issued by any Australian branch of a local or overseas bank
    B. Autralian Post Money Order
    C. Overseas money order or bank draft in Australian or US dollars
