Sinful Chocolate Mousse |

6 eggs, separated 200g dark chocolate dash brandy or rum |

Melt chocolate. Beat in egg yolks. Mix in brandy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into yolks/chocolate mixture. Pour into ramekins. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream & chocolate curls. |
