Sales: Condensate Processing Equipment.

To reliability remove condensate from compressed air systems, and to provide effective, environmentally aware handling of the highly polluting, dirty water - oil emulsion, IndustAir is proud to distribute the BEKO range of condensate processing equipment.

INDEX

1. ELECTRONIC CONDENSATE DRAIN VALVES

The Bekomat automatic condensate drain electronically senses the volume of collected condensate, then opens only for sufficient time to discharge the condensate without allowing air to escape from the system. The discharge valve is a solenoid operated, pilot controlled diaphragm valve with large diameter seat to effectively eliminate blockages. The drain has inbuilt self - diagnostic and corrective functions to ensure trouble free operation.

Drains are suitable for installation on compressor aftercoolers, dryers and filters, and are available in sizes to suit all size installations up to 35,000 cfm.

2. OIL - WATER SEPARATORS

The disposal of oily condensate has long been a problem. Until recently, the only effective, legal and environmentally responsible method of disposal was by the expensive method of consignment to specialist waste management companies.

Now, Beko offers effective water - oil separation so that the water component may be legally discharged to sewer. Thus only the very small oil component needs to be consigned to the specialist disposal companies providing very substantial cost savings - and it's environmentally responsible.

a. Öwamat Öwamat is an oil-water separation system which effectively separates the water and oil components of dispersed condensates. The process utilises a combination of gravity separation and adsorption filtration to achieve an oil concentrate level of less than 20 mg/l.

Öwamat comes in a wide range of sizes to accommodate compressors and oils of different types, with nominal system capacities to 2000 cfm.
b. Bekosplit For stable emulsions not suitable for treatment by Öwamat, Beko offers an alternative system of condensate treatment. Separation is achieved by a combination of gravity separation and demulsification by non-toxic agents. Waste oil is retained in a floc and the floc is separated by filtration. Electronic sensors provide fully automatic operation and monitoring.

Bekosplit is available in capacities from 30 l/hr to 200 l/hr to provide solutions for compressed air plants of all sizes.
