Origin of Nick(s): My son got hurt at school when he was in 8th grade, I got there and scooped him up off the cot like a baby and carried him to the car, all the kids saw and started calling me Xena: The BuffMom (Xena: Warrior Princess was pretty popular on tv. BuffMom for short.

Hobbies/Interests: My best and favorite interests/hobbies are my kids! They are the greatest! Derrick aka Zion is 26, Brian aka Jets is 22, Jamie aka Jmouse is 15. Now that I'm single and my kids are older I have more time for the things I want to learn and do like kayaking, scuba, tennis, expanding my mind and spirit, hanging out with my friends, and in the near future some real traveling to see the world. I love being at home it's where my heart and soul are. I love it when my family and friends are here with me. I love all kind of music, reading just about anything I can get my hands on, cooking, I like making things such as fabric rugs and crafting goodies for my friends.I like photography. I love computers and what they give me acess too, I am learning more about networking (cisco), and webpage building. I have some interest in motocross thanks to my daughter and her school and we have an old montessa to we play around with. I occasionally watch movies and I rarely watch tv. I love being outdoors and am known to hike in the canyon in front of my house at all hours of the day or night and in all kinds of weather. I hate shoes, I am not a follower of high fashion. I like to be comfortable and I want the people around me to be comfortable.People fascinate me, I love getting to know people and hear their stories. I enjoy chatting with my great/old/long time friends on irc and exchanging emails, goodies and cards with them!Most of all I love life and all it has to offer. I plan to enjoy the journey that is my life for a very, very, very long time!
