PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:-

1. Under no circumstance will this kitten/cat be sold, leased or given away to any pet shop, laboratory or similar facility.

2. This kitten/cat will be kept indoors or outdoors under supervision or control.

3. If this kitten/cat is found to be neglected or mistreated, purchaser will surrender said kitten/cat to the seller unconditionally.

4. Seller agrees to provide pedigree and registration papers for kitten/cat.

5. No cash refunds will be given.

6. The kitten/cat is guarenteed to be in good health. It is guarenteed for a period of 72 hours after time of purchase. It is recommended that the new kitten/cat be in quarentine during this time.
If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life threatening problem, it MUST be reported to the seller immediately.
Upon it's return it will be replaced with another kitten/cat of equal value.
If no replacement is available at that time, the seller will have 6 months to furnish satisfactory replacement.
The kitten/cat can NOT be returned after the guarentee period has expired, and/or if it has been exposed to another cat.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide immediate Veterinary care to any kitten/cat showing signs of illness or destress and failure to do so will render any guarentee null and void.
Under no circumstances is the kitten/cat to be destroyed prior to notification by the buyer to the seller.
If the kitten/cat dies within the guarentee period, despite medical treatment, compensation via replacement kitten/cat will be made only if a Veterinary certificate certifies the cause of death.
