Ross Tudman

Since graduating with a BSc Honours in Mathematics, Ross has worked in a many fields including statistics, market research, IT, and education. This has given him valuable experience in a wide range of industries: health, transport and logistics, education, primary production, retail, and social services. During this time he has progressed from supporting roles to management of projects, teams and businesses and been constantly upgrading his skills with new and traditional disciplines and technologies.

A constant thread throughout has been his commitment to communication, understanding and focus on client needs.

Karen Vance

Karen's extensive work experience in graphic design began after graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Visual Arts in 1984. Since then, apart from a brief pause to have two beautiful boys, she has been actively producing fine and attractive work. Largely self taught she has also kept pace with the revolution in the design industry with her commitment to study and professional development. She has completed courses in Fine Arts, Illustration, Prepress and print techniques, Web site production, and a host of software applications and is currently working on a Masters of Graphic Design.
Karen has worked with clients from a diverse range cultural and community backgrounds, as well as government and corporate organisations. She prides herself in designing in an inclusive and sensitive manner, paying particular attention to the needs of the target audience whether children, indigenous, multicultural, corporate, differently abled or environmental.
