| Here's the donor pulley. I had to rig a crude setup to decrease the backspacing of the pulley. I used an extended socket clamped in a vice to give me spindle on which to rotate the pulley as I ground some of the hub down. I took off about 1mm, and left about 2mm clearance with the alternator body. It worked very well although crude. |
