It is not the East or the West side...

Another sign that I have too much time on my hands during the holidays, is when I start watching flash animations I find on the internet.
There are always the classics (Star Wars Gansta Rap) and then there are the ones from people who must have a hell of a lot more time on their hands than I do.
Take the Dopefish tribute animation for example.... The animation is at least 4 Meg big and must have taken this guy ages to do. Are there any people who actually know (without googling it) who the dopefish really is? I think that the first ever game I was to play on our first real computer would have been Commander Keen 1 and it still remains today to be a very addictive game.

Then there are the strange and wonderful flash animations such as 'Shinbashi' where the teaching of the Japanese Language goes wrong. It is even more funny if you understand what they are saying, or what they are not saying! Anyone else got any classic of hilarious animations for my amusement during the hol's? Post 'em here!

This is my cannon :)

Now that I am on my holidays, I came up with this ingenious idea to make a cannon.
After seeing my cousin's cannon, I thought to myself... I could do that, and so I did.
Warwick and I were not doing much and so we suddenly found ourselves at Bunnings, buying some PVC pipes. This cannon is made from 4 PVC pipe pieces all put together with PVC glue. We also bought a BBQ starter sparker to ignite the cannon. After putting everything together, and making a very cool trigger, all you have to do is put a mandarin in the barrell, and spray some hairspray/deoderant, close it up tight, push the trigger, and BAM! The mandarin (or whatever projectile you would like to shoot) travels about 250 metres....

Here is my ingenious trigger... Wazza and I are still thinking of a name for the cannon. If you have any suggestions, please place a comment to this post!

And another picture of the inside where the spark occurs.

New Layout!

Well, sorry to everyone who ever read my webpage (most likely not many people) as I hadn't updated my webpage since I came back from Japan. I have decided to continue writing about the strange happenings of my life again so that you may have something interesting to read again.

In case you all didn't know, I am still alive after coming back from Japan and I am doing Year 12...
Luckily I am more than halfway through my year already and looking forward to the end!
I also got my licence and have a car to use (courtesy of Josh while he is in Germany).

Things are pretty cold here in oz, but I am still finding things to do (See my next post for the school holidays ideas).

Well that's all from me. Keep watching this space...
