FANTASY CRICKET 03/04

Welcome to Fantasy Cricket for the summer of 2003/04. This is a simple comp where each player picks their squad of 12 players for this summers one day international triangular tournaments that will be played by Australia, India and New Zealand in india and then Aust, India and Zimbabwe in Aust. The highest combined score of your two squads wins. Scoring will be done as follows:

1 point for every run scored
20 points per wicket
5 points for catches/stumpings
(none for runouts)

Each person gets to select a trump bowler and trump batsmen who will count as double for each seperate squad. e.g if they get a wicket they collect 40 etc. this scoring system has been taken from www.baggygreen.com.au so its authentic.

In each series you can only select 4 players from each side (aust, nz, india) then (aust, zim, india) to make up your 12 man squads. you can have 5 batsmen, 5 bowlers, 1 all rounder and a wicketkeeper.

Entries will close the day before the first match of each series. the squad for the india home series needs to be in by wednesday 22nd of october. the squad for the australian home series needs to be in by Jan 8th.
