Admitted to Gray's Inn 30 january 1597/8; knighted 23 July 1603. Slain at Notting Wood in a fight.
Of Broad Chalke, co. Wilts; inherits "Dolphin" in New Sarum, from his father 31 May 1601. Admonishment was granted 11 March 1601/2 (Consistory of Sarum).
