Erika's Coconut Biscuits
Ingredients
Beat egg and sugar until fluffy, add rest of ingredients. Let mixture stand for about 15 minutes so that the coconut draws some of the moisture, use 2 teaspoons and make little heaps on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Cook in 200 for about 10 minutes let cool on rack if desired you can dip the bottom of the ready baked biscuit into melted chocolate.
