Erika’s Pork Fillet Gratin

The following Ingredients will serve 4 people

Cut the meat in approx 1cm slices, brown lightly in frying pan, add salt & pepper to taste
transfer the meat to an oven proof dish. Next, cut the mushrooms into quarters,
fry lightly in pan, rinse and cut the paprika into 2cm slices, Vertical layer the meat and
paprika into the dish, now cover with mushrooms.
Mix cream & chilly sauce, then pour over the dish. Next, sprinkle the grated cheese over
the dish.
Bake in oven @ 225 Centigrade for about 10 minutes until the gratin achieves a nice
golden colour.
Serve with pressed potatoes or rice with a green salad.
