Erika’s Hazelnut Biscuits

Ingredients 

Grind the nuts into a fine meal (flour), then mix in the sugar and egg then blend in the melted butter.

Line a baking tray with Glad Bake paper, then use 2 teaspoons to form small mounds of the mixture onto the tray. Now place 1 whole hazelnut on each mound and then place the baking tray into the oven for approximately 10 minutes @ 175 Celsius. (note that the whole hazelnuts are not part of the 100gram)
