Erika's Kassler Treat

Flatten the pork fillet slices and cook quickly in pan until nice colour, put aside then do the same with the Kassler spice lightly.

Place first the Kassler in a gratin dish then put one slice of the pork fillet on each slice of Kassler, make sure you squeeze most water out of the spinach, spread the spinach around the meat then top with the diced capsicum.

Use the same pan to make the sauce.

Sauce

Add the cream & wine to pan let it simmer to thicken a bit mix in the cheese to melt taste and add more spices if needed. Pour sauce over the dish and bake in 230 Celsius approx 20 Min.
