Preparation
Spread the cooked rice in a ovenproof dish, bone the chicken,
cut chicken meat into small pieces and cover the bed of rice, cook mushroom in
butter, spread over the chicken, mix both the sour & fresh cream, add some
vegetable salt to taste, and pour the mixture over the mushrooms. This dish can
be prepared to this stage well in advance, when ready to cook, spread the grated
cheese over the dish and cook at 220c for 20 ~ 25 minutes until the cheese is a
golden brown.
