Born 1942 in a city called Solingen  ( Germany ). For most of my earlier years, I lived and was educated in a city called Northeim , which is situated close to  Goettingen, Braunschweig and  Hannover.  Over the years, I have visited  and worked in a number of countries, such as Japan, Malaysia, USA, Singapore & Papua New Guinea etc. After some 9 years in Singapore and Papua New Guinea, I returned to Sydney Australia in 1982 on a 2 year assignment. And I have been here ever since.
It was here in Sydney at a German Club function that I met my now wife Erika. We have grown to love and enjoy living in this great country  and have made it our permanent home. Over the years it also provided us with the opportunity to meet  interesting  people and friends. Indeed, we have found it to be a fantastic country in which to work, live, play and bring up a family. We have a great dog, (Jack Russell).
