Michael O’Brien, Principal of OS&E, is an experienced professional with a background in environmental planning and sustainable development matters. Michael has over 6 years of practical application in providing advice, consultation, project analysis and development assessment, and uses this experience to facilitate positive and sustainable outcomes for landuse planning and urban development.
