Awards
NSW Water Safety Award
On the 23 October1989, Parramatta City Swim Club was awarded
the NSW Water Safety Award. This was awarded to the club for its long history of
providing free Learn-to-Swim to children and adults in the Granville/Parramatta
Area.
What makes this award even more significant, was that
Parramatta City Swim Club was the first freshwater organisation to win this
award.
