Presentation Summer 2003/2004

The presentation for the 2003/2004 summer season was held on Sunday 23rd May on the banks of Berowra Creek at Crosslands Reserve, Hornsby Heights. The weather was amazing and everyone enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in the sun.

The highlight of the afternoon was the two small boats. Everyone enjoyed rowing and/or motoring around the tranquil waters of Berowra Creek. There were lots of muddy feet but amazingly, no one slipped over or fell into the water.

Not surprisingly, the other hit of the day was toasting marshmallows over the open fire. It's amazing how fast a couple of packets of marshmallows can disappear when descended upon by a pack of hungry swimmers.

The winners of the Girls and Boys point score were Elizabeth Lugovoy (138 points) and Chris Hale (137 points) respectively.

The Girls Open Champion was Nicole Horlyck while Chris Hale was the Open Champion for the Boys

The outstanding swimmer of the year was again Matthew Hatton who broke 7 club records over the past 12 months.

Amber, did you ever finish that Ancient History essay?

Much thanks must be given to Helen Cobb for organising the trophies again this year.
