The Penguin Project

Here's something fun ... the kids spent an afernoon stamping a penguin stamp, and dressing the image up. Altered art, or just silly flights of imagination? I have to tell you, they did it all by themselves. I swear, I don't know where they get it from...

You could definitely do this with any good animal stamp (a realistic one gives just the right level of absurdity). We had some cards already cut out (they were handy offcuts) so that encouraged the kids to make more.

This penguin stamp comes from Stamp World, where Philip and his staff would be delighted to sell you one. See them at most Aussie craft shows too. They didn't pay me to say that.
