Limited (ACE) maintains a specialized, comprehensive and up-to-date

their families and friends; employers (who employ these individuals
or who wish to make their business or service accessible); educators;
rehabilitation providers (like CRS, Department of Veterans'
Affairs); and other professionals (like nurses, audiologists

CD-ROMs etc) are available on subjects like Deaf culture and
sign language; lipreading; cochlear implants; bilingualism;

who are hearing impaired.

developed by a team of engineers from the leafy environs of
the University of Surrey.

Technical Aid to the Disabled - TAD (NSW) is a charity organisation that has
the authority to fundraise. TAD uses volunteers dedicated to
the design, construction and provision of aids for people with
disabilities.
Technical Solutions Australia - Specialising
in electronics for people with disabilities. Based
in Silvan, East of Melbourne, Australia. In its twelve years
of operation, Technical Solutions has tackled everything from
adapted battery toys, training aids and Environmental Control
Systems through to specially adapted computers, speech recognition
equipment and brain wave monitoring. Technical Solutions designs
and manufactures equipment in one-off and volume runs, as well
