A small project I did to learn C. Retab will reorganise tabs in a files white-text so that tabs can represent a different number of spaces.

This was done at a time when my printer always printed out tabs as 8 characters and I needed to print out some files in which tabs represented a differented number of spaces.

I dont currently have a C compiler so I'm not sure even if it still compiles.
