Centre-stand 42100-41400 looks great - but I can't yet figure out how/where for the spring.

Ahhhh.. So this is how the spring goes!

The outstanding question is - will it live in harmony with the side-stand? It may be that the two need to be dropped in order. e.g. the side-stand down, then the centre-stand. Will know once I have both fitted.
