Women's Only Boot Camp and Mixed Boot Camp
Total Body Strength and Tone, Cardio fitness & Boxing. See timetable below for times.  This gives you a combination of cardio, boxing and strength training.  The combination of the three sessions gives you maximum results.  Strong muscles, strong bones and a fat burning metabolism!  These sessions cover it all so you get the results YOU want.

You-Can-Run Club - Males & Females

Have you always wanted to run 5km but thought you couldn't?  Well now you can.  Our unique combination walk/jog program eases you up progressively to your 5km goal.  Your final session in the program will have you running your very own personal 5km YCR Club Fun Run at Southbank Parklands.
Nutrition Coaching and Weight Loss Programs

We provide individual Nutrition Coaching and Weight Loss Programs.  Some of these include Weight Loss Challenges that have a competition focus including the provision of a support group.  Please contact us for further information.
