Yon's Song
   
  (After the end of the "We're the Nerds" song, Scod starts recapping the plot elements revealed in the song. Gatesy takes exception to this and wants to know why. Scod explains...)
   
Scod: You see, when you play the first chord, the audience goes "Oooh, a song!" and they just switch off.
Gatesy: That's bullshit.
Scod: Look, I'll show you. Yon, stand there.
   
  (Yon, who was already standing there, looks at his feet)
Yon: Umm. Yes.
   
Scod: (Plays a chord)
Yon: Oooh, a song!
   
Scod: Your name is Yon, you're a bit of a knob,
  You've got a piece-of-shit car and no real job.
  In terms of having merit, you're a bit behind,
  If you fell off a cliff, no-one would mind.
   
Yon: Yeah! Sing it again, sing it again!
   
Gatesy: What's the song about, Yon?
Yon: Love!
   
Scod: See?
Gatesy: Yon's hardly a cross-section of the community though. He's a bit of a fuckwit.
Yon: Hey!
Scod: You're a fuckwit...
Yon: Oooh, nice little song.
