Dancers will have to become social members (cost $6 per annum), this entitles also you to use this great facility at all times. Other bad news is that cost of classes up have gone to cover the venue hire cost $15 per night or $80.00 for six weeks. used on a night out of dancing. Dance styles are taught with emphasis on
"social dancing" with "having fun" the essence of what dancing is all
about.
I encourage a very fun and social atmosphere in and after the class as
it's not just a dance class to some but a night or afternoon out with
great friends. Most have met each other through learning to dance!
Levels vary from Beginners to Improvers/ Intermediate with most courses
running for 6 weeks at a time.

The Rock'n'Jive Social Club is a non
teaching Club. We provide a 'free' evening of music for dancers to come
along and 'practice' their particular style of dancing. During the evening
we have a mixture of music, Rock'n'Roll, Jive, West Coast Swing, various
partner dances and line dances, the occasional Cha Cha and a variety of
other dances according to what the dancers want.
Great night, and we even provide tea coffee and biscuits. Even though we are
a non teaching club, we encourage dancers to show a favourite move or dance
