Food and Cooking

When I was a boy, I cooked one or two dinners most weeks, as did my sister and brother. Here are some of my favourite things to cook, then (cakey pudding!) and now (hot curry):

Cakey pudding

Ginger Sweet Potato
Thai-style curries — I've tried to distill all the Red, Green and Yellow curry recipes I've been able to find into one unified set of instructions. They're all basically the same process; but each curry has different traditional ingredients — so, for example, Red Duck Curry will usually have Lychees (but some chefs substitute pineapple when Lychees are out of season); most Green curries will have baby aubergine, etc., etc.

Simple Ratatouille

Wine

From time to time I'll add Tasting Notes for the various wines we have.
