Bookings can either be made direct with us by email, fax or phone or you can see one of your local Travel Agents and book a Flight/Accommodation package through them. It is getting easy for travelers to arrange their own flights and accommodation with communications being so good and the recent introduction of flights by Virgin and also Air Vanuatu and Qantas offer Frequent Flyer seats now. The Qantas tickets are code share and are on the Air Vanuatu aircraft.
If you are booking direct with us we need to know how many people, names, arrival date, departure date and how you will pay the deposit. We recommend you catch a taxi from the airport, tell the driver you are going to Pacific Lagoon Apartments that is just past the Le Lagon Hotel, on Pango Road. You will see our sign on the left side of Pango Road. There is a currency exchange in the airport that should be open. Alternatively you can arrange transfers with Adventures in Paradise. For Australian and New Zealand passport holders you need your passport and a return ticket and you get stamped in at the airport. See here for more information.
If you are booking direct with us a deposit of 30% will be required on confirmation or at least a month before arrival. We accept Visa Card and Master Card. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments. You can fax us credit card details if you are concerned about email security.
Specials will be available from time to time and ask about our long-term rate if you will be staying for more than 28 nights.
The beautiful Pacific Lagoon Apartments are an excellent value home away from home from which you can explore Port Vila but they won't suit everyone. We don't have a bar or a restaurant so if you want to sip exotic cocktails by a resort pool there are other resorts in Port Vila that will better suit your needs.
We hope this information is helpful in choosing Pacific Lagoon Apartments as your place to stay whilst in Port Vila and we look forward to hearing from you.
