I am writing to pass on my comments in relation to my recent stay at the Pacific Lagoon Apartments.
I recently stayed at the Pacific Lagoon Apartments for a week from Aug 29 to Sep 5.
I have previously lived in Vanuatu and have stayed in many resorts around the world and I would like to say that the standard of service and facilities that your resort provided were second to none. I was incredibly impressed with the apartments, they were comfortable and very well appointed. I particularly liked the "theme" of each apartment. But I was most impressed by your staff who were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Your manager, Fay, went out of her way to provide me with assistance and I am very grateful to her for making our holiday such a special one.
Once again, I would like to thank you and your staff for providing us with such a wonderful experience in Vanuatu. The Pacific Lagoon Apartments were fantastic and I will be recommending them to my friends and family as an excellent holiday destination.
